The 2021 Barbaresco Asili is one of the most beautiful, pure wines I have ever tasted from Ca' del Baio. Lifted aromatics and bright red-toned fruits are classic Asili signatures. The tannins will need a bit of time to soften, but all the elements are impeccably balanced. This is impressive stuff, and a gorgeous wine.
