The 2020 Auxey-Duresses Village has a fragrant bouquet with red cherries and strawberry pastille scents. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannins, crisp red berry fruit laced with mulberry and very subtle sweet toffee-ish notes on the finish.

The 2020 Echezeaux Les Treux VV, matured entirely in new oak, needed quite a bit of aeration to peer behind the veneer of wood. There appears to be good concentration here. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe tannins, fine acidity, fleshy and rounded.
