History

Camille Thiriet is one of the most exciting young signatures in Burgundy today — not because of noise around the name, but because of the extraordinary precision inside the bottle.

Founded from scratch with rare determination, the domaine began in humble, almost raw conditions, with everything done by hand and nothing hidden behind technology or artifice. That spirit still defines the wines today: artisanal, exact, vivid and full of nerve. The parcels are modest, the production remains confidential, and every cuvée feels shaped rather than manufactured.

Camille’s Burgundy is subtle but not fragile, expressive but never excessive — the kind of work collectors notice early, and remember.

Location Corgoloin / Comblanchien, Côte de Nuits.
Vineyard surface Around 6 hectares today, after gradual expansion from a tiny starting point.
Background Manual work, indigenous yeasts, gentle extractions, very limited intervention.
Signature grapes Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté.
Production /
Distinctive traits Handmade ethos from the outset — bucket pump-overs, foot treading, hand labelling and waxing in the early vintages.
