Sylvain Morey

Sylvain Morey belongs to one of Burgundy’s most respected winemaking dynasties — a family whose influence has shaped the modern identity of Chassagne-Montrachet. He is the son of Jean-Marc Morey and the brother of Caroline Morey, co-founder of the iconic Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey, placing him at the heart of one of the region’s most revered lineages.

After years spent crafting wines in the Luberon, Sylvain returned to Burgundy with a renewed perspective, combining deep-rooted heritage with a quieter, more introspective vision of terroir. His wines reflect this balance: precise, mineral and restrained, driven not by intensity but by clarity and depth.
