History

Lorenzo Accomasso has spent a lifetime doing things his own way.
In the hills of La Morra, quietly removed from fashion and compromise, he became one of Barolo’s most uncompromising voices — not through expansion or visibility, but through absolute, unwavering conviction.

His wines are the result of time, patience and refusal: extended macerations, ageing that stretches far beyond norms, releases that arrive only when he deems them ready. Nothing is accelerated, nothing is adjusted to expectation.

What emerges are Barolos of structure and depth, carrying a kind of old-world authority that feels increasingly rare — wines that speak less of vintage trends and more of continuity, discipline and place.

Accomasso represents a vanishing idea of Langhe: personal, rigorous, and entirely independent.
Each bottle is not simply produced, but held back, protected and released on its own terms.
